Promotional Draws — Prize Shipping & Fulfilment Policy

This policy covers only physical-prize outcomes of an Opensea promotional draw. Coupon outcomes and no-prize outcomes do not involve any physical dispatch and therefore attract no shipping charge under this policy.

The token amount paid on any Opensea promotional-draw page is for the token itself only. It does NOT include any shipping or courier charge for a physical prize.

After a physical-prize outcome is confirmed, Opensea Fishing Tackles contacts the winner separately to communicate the applicable shipping / courier charge and to confirm the delivery address.

The applicable shipping charge is not fixed. It depends on the destination pincode, the parcel size and weight, the chosen courier and courier serviceability at that location.

Dispatch of the physical prize is handled separately, after the applicable shipping charge is confirmed and paid by the winner.

Any free-shipping threshold or shipping surcharge described in the ordinary webstore Shipping Policy applies only to regular webstore product orders. It does not apply to shipping of a physical prize won in a promotional draw.

The winner is responsible for providing an accurate, complete and serviceable delivery address and for accepting the parcel on delivery attempts. Any additional re-delivery, storage or return-to-origin (RTO) costs incurred because of an incorrect address, a non-serviceable pincode, an unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the parcel may be recovered from the winner before a further dispatch is attempted.

Tracking / courier information for a physical prize is communicated to the winner after dispatch, subject to the courier partner's own tracking availability.
