Return & Transit Damage Policy
All products sold by Opensea Fishing Tackles are imported fishing goods and are thoroughly checked before dispatch. We do not ship any item if a visible defect is found during our quality check.
Due to the nature of fishing tackle, we do not offer general returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
Transit Damage Policy
Returns/replacements will only be considered in case of damage during shipping, such as a broken rod or physically damaged product received in transit.
To claim transit damage:
- The customer must record a clear unboxing video from the sealed package stage.
- The damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- In special cases, claims may be accepted up to a maximum of 48 hours from delivery, at our discretion.
- The unboxing video and clear photos must be shared with our support team for verification.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Used fishing rods, reels, lines, lures, hooks, and accessories
- Custom-rigged or modified products
- Hooks, terminal tackle, and used fishing line
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or use after delivery
- Products without a valid unboxing video proof
Replacement / Refund
If the transit damage claim is approved after verification, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on product availability and the condition of the received item.
Please contact our support team before sending any return shipment. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
