Shipping Policy
Buying a promotional-draw token (e.g. Monster Catch)? Please refer to the reusable Promotional Draws — General Terms & Conditions and the Prize Shipping & Fulfilment Policy. Those rules apply to promotional-draw tokens and prizes; the ordinary webstore policy on this page applies to regular product orders.
Regular Webstore Orders
- We ship across India through reputed courier partners.
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination pincode and courier serviceability.
- Free shipping is available on orders that meet the threshold shown at checkout. The threshold is set by the store and may change without notice.
- Heavy or oversized items (long rods, large reels, bulk lures) may carry an additional shipping surcharge, which is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
- Tracking updates are sent via SMS/email once your order is dispatched, subject to the courier partner's own tracking availability.
- In case of a non-serviceable pincode we will contact you and, if necessary, refund the order to the original payment method.
