By browsing, registering on, or placing an order through this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the linked Shipping, Return & Privacy policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

• All products listed are subject to availability. We may correct any listing error (price, image, description, stock) at any time before dispatch.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product photos are indicative. Colours, patterns and package contents may vary between batches.
• Where a product is imported, statutory descriptions, ratings and specifications follow the manufacturer's own labelling.

• An order is confirmed only after successful online payment, or after a successful cash-on-delivery verification call where COD is available.
• We may cancel or refuse an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or non-serviceable delivery pincode.
• The customer is responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, email and delivery address.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay under their own secure infrastructure. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials. Any dispute regarding a payment gateway transaction is subject to the payment gateway's own terms in addition to ours.

Shipping charges, timelines and serviceability, as well as returns and transit-damage claims, are governed by the separately published Shipping Policy and Return & Transit Damage Policy. Please read those before placing an order.

• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with normal operation of the website.
• All content on this site (text, images, layout, code, marks) belongs to Opensea Fishing Tackles unless otherwise indicated and may not be reused without written permission.
• You may not use the site or its services for any unlawful purpose.

By placing an order or opting in you consent to receive transactional messages (order, payment, shipping, delivery, and support communications) via email, SMS or other channels you provided. Marketing messages, where sent, can be unsubscribed from at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Opensea Fishing Tackles is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website, use of a product beyond the manufacturer's instructions, or from delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control (including courier delays, natural events, connectivity outages and payment-gateway downtime).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
