Promotional Draws — General Terms & Conditions

These general terms cover the common mechanics of any Opensea promotional draw — how a token is selected, how outcomes are assigned and locked, when results are revealed and published, what kinds of outcomes are possible, and what happens with coupons, physical prizes and no-prize outcomes.

Physical-prize shipping and fulfilment for any Opensea promotional draw are governed by the separately published Prize Shipping & Fulfilment Policy.

• Each promotional draw contains a fixed number of numbered tokens as published in that draw's Draw-Specific Schedule.
• The customer selects the specific token number(s) they wish to buy before payment.
• The price of a single token is the amount shown on the draw page immediately before the payment / Razorpay checkout screen.
• Every token in a draw is assigned to one of the outcomes published in that draw's Draw-Specific Schedule: a physical prize, a store coupon, or a no-prize outcome.
• Each draw's token-to-outcome allocation is locked on the server before purchase activity, and a public verification reference may be displayed for transparency.

No token result is finalised until successful payment confirmation. Pending or failed payment attempts may temporarily retain the selected token reservation until the system releases it or payment is reconciled. Any payment reversal or refund is subject to applicable payment-provider, bank and legal timelines.

The outcome assigned to a token is not sent to the customer's device before payment. Once payment for the token(s) is successfully confirmed by the payment provider, the outcome is revealed to the customer.

After a successful payment the customer receives an order / token / result receipt. Where the outcome is a physical prize, the customer additionally receives a separate prize-fulfilment communication (see the Prize Shipping & Fulfilment Policy).

Completed draw results are published only after all tokens in that draw are fully sold and paid. Until then, no per-token outcome is publicly disclosed for that draw. Once a draw is complete, the token-to-outcome ledger is published on the Results page with privacy-masked purchaser names, and an immutable snapshot is retained.

Physical-prize outcomes (for example a hero prize or a secondary product prize) are shipped subject to the separate Prize Shipping & Fulfilment Policy. Shipping / courier charges for a physical prize are NOT included in the token amount.

• A coupon outcome entitles the token holder to use the specific coupon shown as their result on the draw page.
• Coupons are subject to their displayed discount, minimum bill amount, validity period, eligible product/store scope and any other on-coupon terms.
• Only one Opensea promotional-draw coupon may be applied per bill unless the coupon itself explicitly says otherwise.
• Coupons are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be combined with certain other offers where indicated.

Some token numbers in a draw may be assigned to a no-prize outcome as published in that draw's Draw-Specific Schedule. A no-prize outcome does not involve any physical dispatch or coupon issuance.

Once a token purchase has been successfully completed and its result revealed, it cannot be cancelled merely because of the revealed outcome. Any refund, reversal, duplicate-payment or failed-transaction issue will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment-provider process, Opensea Fishing Tackles' approved policy, and applicable law.

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate name, phone, email and delivery address details.
• For a physical-prize outcome, the customer is responsible for providing a serviceable delivery address and for accepting the parcel on delivery attempts.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are legally permitted to participate in the promotional draw from their location.
